I have no head for titles. Today we did a silly through. Which means the kids would start the show, I would yell "hold" and switch the genre of the play they were in. It was amazing what the kids came up with. Especially the little ones who were only 8 or 9. It blew my mind how much they played up the tough, popular, clique when the genre was "a high school drama. These kids continue to crack me up nonstop every day. Tomorrow we spend the whole day with them at the theatre. I have to be there at ten. And figure out exactly what prize I am giving to the winner of the bag decorating contest.
The kids asked us where we were going next, then suggested that they should stalk us there and audition for the show again. Honestly, I wouldn't mind if they did. I'm going to miss them.
Sam and I saw Get Smart tonight. It was really fun. A little too short though. One more scene would have fleshed it out a bit more: it could have stood some more hints as to what was really going on. But it was fun. And not quite as expensive as I had anticipated. I guess movies, like everything else, are just more expensive in the North East.
