twinge of loneliness

I am just about to head out for a night on the town.  I haven't felt lonely or homesick at all until right now.  I wish I were going to Dave's or the Dodger, rollin' ten or twelve deep, drinking pitchers of natty, then wandering over to the proj. lodge, playing civil war and sleeping on the couch.

If any of you JMU folk are reading this: I miss you. A lot.

Oh, Emma-pie! I am so enjoying reading your posts as you start this brave new venture. Imagine, in a just a few weeks, you have crossed the country, climbed a mountain, made new friends, had Ceal-moments, peeked into a temple, drove from mountains to deserts and now back again, and corralled 50 kids into putting on a play, which I am sure was a smash!

Can't wait to read more. By the way, "es-cah-pay" comes from Finding Nemo. Dory reads the word "escape" as "es-cah-pay" as she and Marling are trying to find their way out of a jam. marlin is amazed that Dory can read, and Dory thinks that this is how "escape" is pronounced in a foreign language! Great scene, one of many.

Love you lots.
